Infrastructure Implementation:
Implementation typically will include some amount of access to our clients’ environment, and application specific training for NTS 24x7 operations staff. NTS will provide a detailed policy document (Operations Manual) for the newly designed systems environment that will describe both the configuration and management functions of the site, as well as document the service levels and areas of responsibility that NTS is assuming. This document will describe at a minimum:
