  • In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, NTS shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. NTS shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, NTS shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
  • All the images of the products shown on the website are for display purpose only.
  • NTS will not be held responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice
  • Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
  • NTS reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. NTS reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $1000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.  
  • We generally do not ship to PO Boxes (Please contact our sales for more shipping information.)We do not ship to third party addresses unless that address is known and can be verified by the credit card issuing bank.

  • Compatibility:  
    We are not responsible for any incompatibility issues. We will help try to help our best knowledge. NTS cannot guarantee every product's compatibility and will not be held liable for any incorrect information given. It is customers' responsibility to do further checking before shopping. If you still need further checking please do verify manufactures website.

    Warranty:
  • If any products are determined to be defective, they will be exchanged or repaired at NTS’s discretion within 30 days from the original invoice date on which the productwas shipped. Once the 30 days has passed, the manufacturer's warranty would be put into effect.
  • All products are under manufacturer warranty unless otherwise stated herein.
  • All warrantees are voided if returned product is found to be abused, scratched, mishandled, mislabeled, and modified in any way.
  • This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable to anyone else.
  • Any wrong, missing, or damaged item should be reported to RMA department within 24 hours via E-mail, call or fax.
  • Only repair is available after 30 days of receipt. No replacement.
  • Product(s) discontinued by manufacturer(s) shall be upgrade to a similar product or Credit will be given at the current market value or the purchase price which ever is lower.
  • Due to manufacturer's policies, NTS cannot accept returns or give refunds on all Software, Retail Boxed Processors, Monitors, Hard Drives, Printers, Scanners, Retail CPUs, Retail Video cards, Retail Sound Cards, Retail Tape Backups, Retail Rewritable, Retail recordable,Notebooks, Blank Media Cartridges, Printer Cartridges, Cisco, IBM, Sony, Intel, NEC, and Hewlett Packard products. Defective merchandise must be returned to the manufacturer directly.

  • Order Cancellation/Modification:  
  • NTS will only accept all change/cancel requests by phone, and will ignore any email request due to security reasons.  
  • Any attempt to cancel an order must be made within 24 hours after the order is placed. Cancellations attempted after this time may result in the customer having to pay the shipping and handling charges on the package and the cost of shipping the package back.

    Return policies

    RMA Number: 
  • Customers must request an RMA number prior to returning any merchandise by faxing a completed RMA Request Form to (510) 353 - 4076
  • Please fill out following information in RMA form Customer Code, Customer name, Invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem.
  • RMA number is deemed effective for only 10 days including the day of issue.
  • The RMA number must be visible on all returns. Do not write on the original product box!
  • NO returns of any type will be accepted without a RMA number.
  • All returns must be sent pre-paid. No C.O.D.s will be accepted.
  • Special ordered items are not refundable.
  • Shipping and handling, Services charges are non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments.
  • Customer is responsible for proper packaging of RMA returns. All warranties will be void on items that are insufficiently or inaccurately packaged.

  • Shipping Costs:  
  • Customer is responsible for all the shipping charges associated with returning the defective merchandize for exchange or store credit.
    NTS will pay for the replacement products ship back to customers via ground service only.
  • All RMA related products ship via Ground Service only.
  • Any item(s) returned for credit or exchange that is determined to be physically damaged will be returned to the customer promptly freight collect.
  • Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. NTS will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable for delay or lost shipment.Customers will be charged a fee of $10.00 for each package if the delivery address needs to be changed once the package has left the premises for delivery to the original address. The customer's Credit Card will be charged automatically should such a notice is received by the Carrier.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages:
  • Damage claims to the products in the package during transport should issue to the shipping carrier at the time of delivery. Lost packages should also be addressed to the shipping carrier, as you would have to prove the package never arrived. In the case that items are missing from your purchase, it needs to be reported to NTS within 24 hours as well as shipping carrier.
  • If products upon received are found to have physical damage, report immediately to the customer service department ASAP and do not attempt to use the product at all.
  • Lost packages should also be addressed to the shipping carrier, as you would have to prove the package never arrived. In the case that items are missing from your purchase,it needs to be reported to NTS within 24 hours as well as shipping carrier.

  • RMA Replacement:
  • NTS will pay for the replacement products ship back to customers via ground service only.
  • However, if the product sent back from customer is functioning under normal conditions with no defects found, the customer will be charged for the shipping fee, if customers wish to keep the item. If customer does not wish to have the non-defective returned product shipped back to them, the 25% restocking fee would be charged.
  • We reserve the right to keep any defective merchandise between 1 to 30 days for repair or exchange.
  • All special advance replacement will have an additional 10% non-refundable surcharge added. Advance replacement will be considered a sale, if we do not receive the defective goods within 7 days of the issuing of the Advance Replacement RMA #.
  • The applicable state tax will be added to the purchase where necessary.

  • Returns and Restocking Fees: 
  • All returns for credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be completed within 7 days of the invoice date. Additional charge may be applied on the base of price change. The 15% restocking fee will be charged based on the current price when the RMA form was completed (Refund = 0.85 X Current Price).
  • Items received by us after 7 days of receipt will be exchanged and returned to the customer.
  • All products returned must be returned within 10 days of the invoice date, 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and must include all the original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards static bags, software, and accessories etc provided by the manufacturer.
  • All service charges such as system assembly, testing, labor, and extended warranties are final and non-returnable.
  • No returns on any type of CPUs or memory modules, no exceptions.
  • Due to manufacturer's policies, NTS cannot accept returns or give refunds on all Software, Retail Boxed Processors, Notebooks, Blank Media Cartridges, Hard drive,Printer Cartridges, Cisco, IBM, Sony, Intel, NEC, and Hewlett Packard products.   • Electronic Waste Recycling Act: 
  • The Electronic Waste Recycling Act ("Act") became law in California on January 1, 2005. The primary objective of this law is to initiate a recycling program for computer products containing chemicals deemed hazardous to the environment. To fund this program, California requires retailers and e-tailers to collect, on the state's behalf, a fee for each product covered by this law. The consumer pays the fee at the time of purchase of the covered product. This fee will be remitted directly to the state by us and only applies to orders shipped within California.
  • The types of products that we are required to collect this recycling fee include cathode ray tubes, cathode ray tube devices, flat panel screens, and other similar video display devices. The actual amount of the recycling fee will vary, based on the screen size of the product when measured diagonally, as follows:
  • Greater than 4" and less than 15" -- $8.00
  • Greater than or equal to 15" and less than 35" -- $16.00
  • Greater than or equal to 35" -- $25.00

  • Legal Disclaimer: 
  • NTS hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by NTS in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to purchaser. If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturers' warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void. If you have questions, please inquire. Any and all liability is only for the products purchased.
  • You agree that any legal action brought against NTS, shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles.You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the NTS shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Alameda County California.
